Damaged Goods and Goods Sent in Error

If any item delivered to you is damaged, please contact us to arrange a full refund (including delivery charge) or a replacement item. Please contact us to arrange the return of any goods sent in error.


Goods are subject to availability. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will inform you, giving you the option of delivery of the available items, or cancellation of your order.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to ship orders within 2 days of receipt. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays please allow extra time for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you to advise of the delay within 2 working days.

We may dispatch goods either by carrier or Royal Mail depending on the weight of the consignment. Most consignments will require a signature on delivery.


Claims for non-delivery of all or any of the invoiced goods must be made to us and the carrier in writing within a period of 14 days following the dispatch date. Claims for defective goods must be made in writing within a period of 30 days following delivery. Discrepancies of any kind will not be entertained unless notified in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or amend your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that any back orders will incur a second postage charge.


The goods we supply do not present a hazard to health and safety when properly used for the purpose for which they are designed; and if you take reasonable and normal precautions in their use. Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the total value of any order placed.

Cancellation and Return

Goods may only be returned by agreement but subject, at our discretion, to a handling charge. When returning goods, please use registered post or a courier service.

Please contact us should you have any query in respect of our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase involves browsing our store adding any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We currently supply to addresses within the U.K.

Limited Liability

Any liability which we may incur to you in contract or tort (including liability in negligence) arising out of or as a result of any failure to supply or deliver goods any delay in delivery of goods; any defect in any goods or services; shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability to Third Parties

You shall indemnify us in respect of any liability and losses, costs, charges and expenses which we may suffer or incur by reason of any claim (including for liability in negligence) made by third parties in respect of or arising out of the state, conditions or use of goods (including, without limitations, goods resold to third parties whether or not dispatched directly to third parties at your request) or in any other way relating to the goods.

Force Majeure

We shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations hereunder due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused and are beyond our control.


Prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, but may vary without further notice. All prices are shown exclude VAT. which will be added during the checkout process together with the post and packing cost.
